Backup & Restore Options Not Available
If your backup and restore options are greyed out (not available) inside Palladium this means that you are connected to a server (another computer). All backup and restore operations must be done on the server where SQL resides. If Palladium Accounting is not installed on the server, you must use the Palladum Server software to backup and restore databases.

 

These functions are available inside Palladium for those companies using Pallaidum in single mode (a single user configuration) where SQL and Palladium reside on the same computer.
