Care Packages

Palladium Care packages ensure you receive the necessary support and product updates from Palladium.

Care packages are completely optional support options to enhance your overall Palladium experience (Premium Product).

Care packages are mandatory on all Enterprise Product purchases and upgrades.

There are currently 2 care support options:

  • Palladium Cover
    Receive software updates, upgrades, and unlimited telephone and email support incidents with Palladium during your annual subscription period. Palladium cover can only be purchased at the time of the initial software license purchase.
  • Palladium After Care
    Receive software updates, upgrades, and unlimited telephone and email support incidents with Palladium during your annual subscription period. Palladium After Care can be purchased anytime after the initial software license purchase, as long as you are on the current (year) software version. If you need to upgrade, please contact us or your reseller for more information.

Both support options are identical in their support offerings, the only difference between the two is pricing. Cover is less expensive but must be maintained for a continuous duration from your initial software purchase.

Customers that are renewing their After Care agreements (that have not been allowed to lapse) can renew on a cover agreement. Please contact us or your Palladium dealer for more information.

Palladium Care Packages are not available to Basic (free) Edition customers.
