Palladium My Space is an automated offsite backup solution. Reliance on staff to do proper backups at appropriate intervals are a thing of the past.
Ask yourself these questions:
* All features require an active internet connection. My Space service can be used with any Palladium product. My Space requires a signed service contract to activate.
Palladium Server (included with Palladium Accounting) offers both the local automated backup option and also the My Space option. When you signup for My Space, you will be given a unique username and password to access our secure backup server (web server). Palladium Server will encrypt your backup files using your My Space account password. The Palladium Server will then automatically transfer the encrypted backup to your My Space account location on our backup server.
At anytime you can browse your backups on our server inside the palladium Server control panel. You can also choose to download any backup at anytime for restoration.
Yes - Your sensitive accounting data remains secure at all times. All account directories are private (not accessible from the internet public). The only individuals that have access to your locations is yourself and our administrators. However, our administrators don't have access to your My Space account password, so the data remains safely encrypted.
All data transmitted using My Space is encrypted with AES-256 bit encryption. Your data is secure at all times.
Sorry, there is no possible way we can guarantee this service. With internet connections being down, etc., there just are too many variables. What we recommend is using the error reporting service inside Palladium Server to alert you if a backup could not be preformed. This affords you the ability to take corrective action on your side when problems arise.
