SMS Bundles

With Palladium Accounting it is easy to stay in touch with your customers. The SMS module is included with your Premium Edition or Enterprise Edition purchase and includes the ability to:

  • Send a single SMS to a customer, vendor, or employee.
  • Receive replies directly inside Palladium to any SMS.
  • Set defined customer reminder times to inform your customers to do something on specific intervals.
  • Do broadcast marketing via SMS with a single mouse click to all customers, specific customers, or customers based on criteria you specify.
  • Send debt collection SMS messages to customers that have exceeded their terms, credit limit, or all customers with balances.
  • Send bulk SMS messages using Outlook or Excel as a source for cell phone numbers.
  • Check your account balance (credits).

* All features require an active internet connection.
* SMS feature is currently only available for South African and Nigerian customers only. Other countries can be made available upon request.

Bundle Pricing

All SMS messages must be prepaid before sending using a credits system. 1 SMS credit = 1 SMS message (South Africa only).

Ordering Information

To place an order for any SMS bundle, please contact our sales department. If you already have an SMS account please specify your SMS account username when ordering. If you don't have an account, a username and password will be automatically assigned to you.
